CANCELLATION POLICY
A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show appointments are charged 100% of the service amount. If a deposit is not paid within 72 hours of scheduling, the appointment will be automatically released to the waitlist. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is received. These policies protect the time, preparation, and product allocated for each guest.
